Femme FRNCH 〰️ Meet Rachele
Can you introduce yourself?
My name is Rachele, I’m Italian, from Florence. I studied design at the University of Florence. I came to Paris in 2017 as an au pair for a French family for a year. After that, I began my adventure at FRNCH.
What is your role at FRNCH?
I’m a Print Designer. I handle all the creation of the prints and patterns for the collections, as well as the visual content for the website and social media.
How long have you been working at FRNCH?
3 years
What are three words that describe FRNCH for you?
Parisian, fun, quirky
How would you describe your style?
I can be very sporty as well as very feminine. I really like eccentric pieces that give my outfits a style of their own.
Which piece represents you best?
A bomber jacket! If it can be vintage, even better!
What is your first fashion memory?
The Pitti fashion shows in Florence. I went every time, and even more so with my school, to find inspiration and see the new trends.
Why work in fashion?
I like the freedom to create and the ability to express my ideas.
The best advice you’ve ever been given?
Don’t be closed-minded and open yourself up to everything around you. To me, that is the very essence of curiosity.
The thing you can’t do without in your daily life?
Getting around by bike. Whether it’s for a ride or to go to work, I love it! A second passion: having aperitifs with friends.
Do you have a passion?
I actually have several. Drawing & crochet. I make myself pieces such as crochet tops to wear in the summer.
Your favorite place?
My grandmother’s house in the countryside in Italy.

My book: Ocean Sea by Alessandro Baricco. My podcast: Transfert (Spotify)
