Orders delivered in France and Belgium

  1. Go to our returns portal and enter your postcode and order number (make sure to include the # character in front of the number).

  2. Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return .

  3. Prepare your package by carefully placing the items to be returned inside.

  4. Affix the return label you received by email to the closed package, then drop it off at the nearest post office .

Orders delivered outside France and Belgium

  1. Prepare your package with the items you wish to return, and include the invoice available in your customer account. This will allow us to process your return more quickly.
