RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - RETURNS

You have a period of 15 days after receipt of your order to return your parts to us for a refund or credit, if they do not suit you.

Please note that parts whose label has been detached cannot be returned. Any complaint brought after this deadline cannot be accepted and FRNCH will be released from all responsibility.

Add the reason (the "Return of goods" space)

Download and print the withdrawal form on our site, duly completed, insert it in the package and proceed to return the items in their original packaging to the address indicated above:

No returns will be accepted if the item has been worn and washed.

Any non-conforming return (without the withdrawal form) or unfit for resale (damaged, damaged, used or soiled by the Customer) will be rejected and FRNCH will be released from all responsibility. Items must imperatively be returned properly protected, in their packaging original (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged packaging), accompanied by their label and protective film.

You must return the items by a means of delivery to ensure their protection and preserve their perfect condition.

After verification of the returned items, FRNCH agrees to reimburse you the full amount paid, excluding shipping costs for the return of the items, as part of their Order, as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days calendars following the date of receipt of the return package, on the bank account or the payment account used for the payment of the Items.

The reimbursement of an order paid with a card / gift voucher or credit note will be automatically reimbursed.

MY ARTICLE HAS A DEFECT IN QUALITY

Despite the great care we take in our customers' orders and despite the quality control we perform before each shipment, it may be that in exceptional cases an item has a quality defect or has been damaged during transport.

If you receive a damaged package and one or more items have been impacted:

• You can refuse delivery

• Have a damage certificate issued by the transporter or notify any reservation on the products delivered to the transporter and to FRNCH

For this, it is imperative to make a reservation during delivery by detailing the condition of the package on the delivery slip (taking a photo of the damaged package is highly recommended in the event of a dispute with the carrier).

• If you accept and receive the damaged package without making a reservation on the delivery note from the carrier, FRNCH will be released from all responsibility and will not compensate for damaged item (s).

For any request for support for quality defects or damaged items:

• Provide all convincing supporting documents on the reality of the defect noted. Report your reservations and complaints very precisely enough to allow FRNCH to verify their reality. FRNCH may request one or more photos of the Item (s).

• In the event of a return accepted by FRNCH, you will have the choice between repairing the Article if it is possible, reimbursement or replacement of the Article by an equivalent Article offered by FRNCH.

• In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, FRNCH may not proceed according to your choice (repair or replacement) if this choice involves a manifestly disproportionate cost compared to the other modality, taking into account the value of the Item or of the extent of the defect. If repair and replacement is not possible, you can return the Item (using the return slip) and have the price returned, or keep the Item and have part of the price returned.

If you wish to return the Item (s) using the return slip:

• The return slip, valid no later than 30 days following the dispatch of the Order, can be obtained from FRNCH customer service, contact details indicated above. FRNCH bears the cost of returning a tracked package: for this purpose, a prepaid postal label will be sent at the same time as the return slip; FRNCH will in no case reimburse return shipping costs that you would have paid directly to the Post Office.

• Any complaint brought after this deadline cannot be accepted and FRNCH will be released from any responsibility.

• This refund procedure is exclusive of any exchange, and this in order to save you the time and terms of the exchange procedures likely to present a major drawback.

• You must return the defective item to obtain a refund for the price of the item.

• Once the return slip has been printed and duly completed, you must insert it in the package to be returned; no return can be validated without it.

• You must send your return package within 14 calendar days following the date of the return slip to the following address:

• Stick your prepaid label on your package and drop it:

o In your mailbox before 8am after service of your request on www.colissimo.fr/retourbal.

o In a post office (parcel less than or equal to 30 kg).

o At a La Poste network merchant (parcel less than or equal to 20kg) (list of drop-off points on www.colissimo.fr/retour).

• You can then follow your return on www.colissimo.fr.

The responsibility of FRNCH and the warranty are excluded in the event of a defect arising from the use of the Item by the Customer and in particular from abnormal use, poor maintenance or non-compliance with the maintenance conditions and precautions for use. communicated or made available to the Customer by FRNCH or the manufacturer of the Article, negligence, fault or breach of the Customer in its contractual obligations, unpredictable and insurmountable fact of a third party foreign to the contract or force majeure.

MY ITEMS ARE NOT THE ONE I ORDERED

Despite the great care we take in our customers' orders and despite the quality control we perform before each shipment, it is exceptional that an error may occur during the preparation of orders.

You must return the non-compliant item to obtain a refund of the price of the order. In order to make a return and receive a refund. You must, imperatively at the latest within 14 calendar days following the dispatch of the order, contact FRNCH customer service at the contact details indicated in the paragraph "MY ARTICLE HAS A DEFECT IN QUALITY" and proceed to the return steps mentioned in this same paragraph.

 

ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS REFUNDED TO ME IF I RETURN?

The delivery costs which could have been invoiced during the shipment are reimbursed to you if the entire order is returned. However, if your order contains several items and you only want to return part of it, these delivery costs will not be reimbursed.

The transport costs related to the return are borne by FRNCH only for quality defects or non-conformity of an article. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the return transport costs are your responsibility.

IF I RETURN AN ITEM, WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Once your return has been received and accepted, reimbursement will be made within 48 working hours (maximum within 7 days). The refund will be made via the payment method chosen for the order: you will be re-credited with the sum of the items returned and if you return all of the items in your order, the delivery costs that may have been invoiced to you will also be reimbursed . Please note: interbank deadlines can vary from 2 to 30 days depending on the banking institution.
