The delivery time mentioned on the site and in the order confirmation email is indicated in working days (subject to availability of stocks), from the sending by FRNCH of the order confirmation email.

This period corresponds to the average time observed and constitutes the indicative time for processing, preparing and routing the order to the Customer.

In the absence of any indication or specific agreement as to the delivery date, the order may not in any event be delivered within a period greater than thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract.

FRNCH cannot be held liable in the event of late delivery, for any reason whatsoever. Consequently, no compensation of any kind whatsoever may be claimed by the Customer from FRNCH. However, and in accordance with the provisions of articles L.216-1 and L.216-2 of the consumer code, failure to deliver within the time limits set or after the Client's injunction, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or durable medium, to deliver within a reasonable additional time, which has no effect, the Customer can obtain the termination of the contract by sending a registered letter or in writing on any other durable medium.


The Customer is informed by email of the departure of their order from the FRNCH warehouses. He can track his package on the carrier's website, mentioned in the email.

FRNCH guarantees the correct routing of the Products. The risks linked to transport are borne by FRNCH, under the condition that the Customer has verified the condition of the packaging and the apparent conformity of the Product delivered with his order, and has expressed, if necessary, any reservation on the delivery slip.

Delivery of the carrier, before his signature. Without reservation on the part of the Customer during the delivery or refusal of the package, no complaint about the state of the delivered package will be admissible by FRNCH. The Customer must inform the Customer Service of any delivery problem within 24 hours, even in the event of carriage-paid delivery. In the event of a package loss during transport, the investigation time can take from one to three weeks. In the event of an incomplete or inaccurate address, refusal of the package by the recipient or lack of information resulting in an impossibility of delivering the Product to the recipient in due time, FRNCH cannot be held responsible for this failure to deliver.

If this lack of information leads to a second presentation to the recipient, FRNCH reserves the right to ask the Customer for the costs corresponding to this second delivery. Addresses with BP, Cedex, Camping, Armies or Institutions will not be processed if they are not accompanied by a physical address. In the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, as part of the delivery by the carrier, the delivery person leaves a notice in the recipient's mailbox.

The latter must then collect the parcel at the address specified on the transit advice note, upon presentation of the transit advice note and an identity document in the name of the person making the withdrawal.

In the absence of the recipient, FRNCH cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. In any event, delivery can only take place if there is no dispute with the Customer who must be up to date with his obligations to FRNCH.
