Meet Rachele

Can you introduce yourself?
My name is Rachele, I am Italian, I come from Florence.
I studied design at the University of Florence. I arrived in Paris in 2017 as an au pair for a French family for a year. After that, I began my adventure at FRNCH.
What is your role at FRNCH?
I'm a Print Designer. I handle all the print and pattern creation for the collections, as well as the visual content for the website and social media.

What does FRNCH mean to you in three words?
Parisian, Fun, Offbeat
How would you describe your style?
I can be very sporty or very feminine. I really like eccentric pieces that give my outfits a unique style.
Which piece best represents you?
A bomber jacket! If it can be vintage, even better!
What is your first fashion memory?
The Pitti Fashion Shows in Florence. I went there every time, especially with my school, to get inspired and see the new trends.
Why work in fashion?
I like the possibility of being free in creation and being able to express my ideas.
The best advice you could have received?
Don't be closed-minded and open yourself to everything around you. For me, that's the very essence of curiosity.

The thing you can't live without in your daily life?
Getting around by bike. Whether it's for a walk or going to work, I love it! A second passion: having drinks with friends.
Do you have a passion?
I even have several. Drawing and crocheting. I create pieces like crochet tops for myself to wear in the summer.

My grandmother's house in the countryside, in Italy.
